All registrations/reservations to the IBPC2024 Conference must be made through the online portal at system.

In the case of student fee selection, please provide a formal certification of inscription/attendance signed from your University. Please note that your registration will be effective only after receiving the total amount due by bank transfer or by credit card (PayPal).

  • The Early bird fee expires on June, 15th 2024 (midnight CEST)
  • The Late bird fee expires on July, 10th 2024 (midnight CEST)
  • Standard conference fee includes 1 paper presentation; access to all conference sessions; welcoming (July 25th) and closing cocktail (July 27th); all coffee-breaks and lunches; and conference kit.
  • The standard conference fee does not include the gala dinner on Jul 26th.
  • To simplify registration processes on-site, please consider we will not have a CREDITC CARD reader at the conference venue.
  • Extra paper: € 50.00. Please, consider this is the cost for having a second paper published “open-access” on the partner Conference Proceedings and to have it indexed in Scopus databases.
